Your safety when you pay TrendyWheels online is our priority.

Secure connection

•Our website, app and systems use HTTPS with TLS encryption for every page and request, so the information you send cannot be read in transit.

•Our domains enforce HTTPS (HSTS), and we apply security headers that block framing and content sniffing.

Card payments

•Card payments are processed by our acquiring bank on its own secure payment page, which follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

•You enter your card number, expiry date and CVV only on the bank's page. TrendyWheels never sees, receives or stores your full card number or CVV.

•Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time password (3-D Secure: Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check).

•We accept Visa, Mastercard and Meeza cards when card payment is shown at checkout.

Your account

•Sign-in is protected by a one-time code sent to your mobile number, and passwords are stored only in hashed form.

•Staff access is limited to the people who need it, and every change to bookings, orders and payments is recorded.

Refunds to cards

Card refunds go back to the same card. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for timings.
