These terms apply when you use the TrendyWheels app, website or branches. By creating an account or making a booking or purchase you agree to them. They do not limit any right you have under Egyptian law, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1. About TrendyWheels

TrendyWheels is a distributor and dealer of golf carts and light electric vehicles and provides rentals, sales, repairs, maintenance and transport. We are not the manufacturer of the vehicles, parts or accessories we sell; manufacturer warranties come from the manufacturer and we handle claims for you.

2. Your account

•You must be 18 or over to create an account, rent or buy.

•Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

•Give us accurate details. We may suspend an account used for fraud or to break these terms.

3. Bookings and rentals

•A rental is confirmed when you receive a booking reference (TW-XXXXXX).

•At pickup you may be asked for a valid ID and driving licence.

•Drive safely, follow the rules of the compound or area you are in, and do not let anyone under 18 or without a licence drive.

•You are responsible for damage, loss, fines and late returns during your rental, except normal wear and faults that are not your fault.

4. Purchases, prices and payment

•Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Any taxes and fees are shown before you pay.

•Vehicle details, photos and availability are described as accurately as we can; if an item is not as described you are protected by our Refund Policy.

•Payment is by the methods shown in the app at checkout.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Listings and content you send us

If you list a golf cart for sale or send us photos, you confirm the information is true and that you have the right to share the photos. We may review or remove listings that are inaccurate or break the law.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse the app, try to access other people's accounts or data, or use TrendyWheels for anything unlawful.

8. Liability

We are responsible for the products and services we provide as the law requires. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
