Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how TrendyWheels handles returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds for golf carts, parts and accessories, rentals, repairs, maintenance and transport bought through the TrendyWheels app, website or branches. It follows the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations. Nothing in this policy reduces any right you have under that law.
1. Who we are
TrendyWheels is a distributor and dealer of golf carts and light electric vehicles. We do not manufacture the vehicles, parts or accessories we sell. Manufacturer warranties are issued by the manufacturer; we pass them on to you and handle warranty claims for you. As the seller, we remain responsible to you under the law together with the manufacturer.
2. Returns and exchanges within 14 days
•You can exchange or return a golf cart, part or accessory within 14 days of receiving it and get your money back, without giving a reason and at no cost to you.
•This does not apply to items made or modified to your own specifications, items damaged after delivery through misuse, or items that can no longer be returned in their original condition.
•For orders placed through the app or website, you can also withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
3. Faulty or not-as-described items (30 days)
•If an item is defective, does not match its description or specifications, or is not fit for the purpose agreed, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it, at no cost to you.
4. Warranty
•Golf carts and other durable goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the day you receive them, or longer where the manufacturer's warranty says so.
•The warranty covers inspection, repair, original spare parts, and the technician's travel and transport costs.
•If a defect cannot be repaired, we replace the item with one of the same type and specification or refund its value. If the same defect happens twice in the first year, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
•The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse or unauthorised modification, or the normal wear of parts such as tyres and brake pads.
5. Golf cart rentals
•Cancel 24 hours or more before your rental starts: full refund.
•Cancel less than 24 hours before the start: one day's rental charge is kept and the rest is refunded.
•This does not affect your legal right, for a rental booked through the app or website, to withdraw within 14 days of booking and get a full refund within 7 days, as long as the rental has not started.
•If we cancel, or the golf cart is unavailable or not in working order, you get a full refund or another golf cart, as you prefer.
•Days left unused after an early return are not refunded unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Repairs, maintenance and transport
•Cancel before a technician is sent or work starts: full refund.
•If a service we provided is defective or incomplete, we redo it free of charge, or refund what you paid for it or for the part that was deficient.
•Transport cancelled before pickup is refunded in full.
7. How refunds are paid
•We refund you within 7 days of the returned item reaching us, or of our accepting a service refund.
•Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card payments are refunded to the same card; your bank may take up to 14 more business days to show it on your statement.
•Cash payments are refunded in cash at our branch or by bank transfer.
•Returns and refunds under this policy are free of charge for you.
8. How to ask for a return or refund
•In the app: open your booking or order and tap Message, or go to Profile → Support.
•Email info@trendywheelseg.com with your booking or order reference (TW-XXXXXX).

•If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency on 19588.
