This policy explains what data TrendyWheels collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the TrendyWheels app, the website and our staff tools.

1. Data we collect

•You give us: your phone number, name, email, date of birth, profile photo, driving licence and ID photos when a booking or purchase needs them, addresses, and your messages with our team.

•We collect automatically: device model, operating system and app version, crash reports, approximate location while the app is open (only when you allow it), and how you use the app, to improve it.

2. Why we use it

•To provide rentals, sales, repairs and transport you book.

•To verify your identity and licence before handing over a golf cart.

•To send booking confirmations, login codes, reminders and service updates.

•To answer support requests and improve the app.

•To meet Egyptian tax and licensing requirements.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum needed with the providers that run TrendyWheels, such as our payment partner for card payments, SMS and WhatsApp delivery for login codes, push notifications and crash reporting, and with authorities where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

•Account details: until you delete your account.

•Booking and sale records: up to 7 years, for tax law.

•Support messages: up to 3 years. Crash reports: 90 days.

5. Your rights

•See, correct or delete your data at any time. Export it from Profile → Settings → Export my data.

•Delete your account from the app or at app.trendywheelseg.com/account/delete.

•Turn marketing messages and notifications off in the app settings.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit, identity documents are stored privately and only our verification team can open them.
